Responsive Web Application Developer (Durham, NC)

Who are we looking for?

Epiphany Healthcare is seeking a talented responsive web application developer with a passion for productivity and quality. This is a full-time, direct-hire position. We need an experienced developer to join our team in Durham, NC.


  • 1-2 years of experience in web development (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript)

  • 1-2 years of experience with a modern JavaScript framework -- we use Polymer and Typescript

  • Familiarity with automated testing technologies

  • Experience coding in PHP is helpful but not required

  • Completed college degree

  • Self-starter, capable of working independently and in collaboration with others


  • Provide first-level engineering support and resolve the majority of reported web-application issues

  • Perform development tasks for the enhancement of existing applications as well as new applications

  • Wage war on defects and destroy technical debt

What Technologies?

  • The front-end is powered by JavaScript and PHP

  • The back-end is powered by C# and MySQL

  • Issue management is handled via Jira

  • Our source code repository is Git

  • Automated feature testing is done with WebdriverIO

  • We use the Agile methodology (Scrum) for development

Able to work in our Durham, NC office -- not a telecommuting position

Background check and drug test is a condition of employment
